Placeholders

A Placeholder marks a value that may vary, such as {user.name}, {user.mention}, {guild.name} or {channel.name}.

Open Placeholders in the editor to inspect built-in examples or define a custom entry. While editing text, type { to see matching suggestions. Selecting one stores its token as text.

Preview can display an example value to help you judge spacing. An example is not live Discord data. Pokkan does not fetch a server member to fill {user.name} when sending through a webhook.

Before a real send, replace tokens with the actual text you want people to see. Check Discord Payload in JSON if the preview shows an example and you want to confirm the stored text. Tokens sent unresolved may appear literally in Discord.

Older Pokkan Kits using double braces are normalized to the single-brace spelling when loaded. Keep the single-brace form in new work.

Placeholders are not a scripting language.
